Questions
Common questions
Does ParkCore take a commission on bookings?
No. ParkCore charges a single flat monthly fee. There is no commission on bookings taken through the system, regardless of volume.
What is the contract length?
ParkCore is a rolling monthly contract. You can cancel at any time with 3 months' written notice. There is no minimum term and no penalty for leaving.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee, no onboarding charge, and no fee for data migration. The monthly subscription is the only cost.
Will the price increase because of new features?
No! Any new features are just part of the system, you won't get billed extra for them or for using them. Price increases only happen when our costs increase dramatically.
What happens to our existing data?
Data is imported from your current system using CSV or Excel files. We handle the migration as part of getting you live.
Can we still use OTAs like Booking.com or Pitchup?
Yes. ParkCore manages direct bookings and on-site operations. OTA bookings can be recorded in ParkCore to track commission costs versus direct bookings.
How does guest marketing work?
Use the guest CRM to segment previous visitors, then create campaigns or set automated win-back, anniversary and pre-season emails.
