Who we are

ParkCore is operated by Angstep Ltd, trading as ParkCore, a limited company based in Wales, United Kingdom. Contact hello@parkcore.co.uk or 01745 472427. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

What Parkcore is

Parkcore is a software-as-a-service platform for holiday park and caravan site operators, providing booking and calendar management, activity management, sales and customer CRM, an owner portal, maintenance job tracking, housekeeping scheduling, and related administrative tools.

Accounts and responsibilities

Business Customers are responsible for activity under their organisation account, staff accounts, accurate information, guest consent, and compliance with laws applicable to their business. End Users are responsible for keeping their own login details secure and for accurate information submitted through the portal. Accounts are for the named individual or organisation and users must be at least 18.

Subscriptions, availability, and termination

Business access is provided on subscription at the pricing agreed at signup. We aim to keep the Service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, we provide a reasonable window to export data before deletion.

Privacy Policy

Who this applies to

Parkcore is the data controller for business account data. For guest, booking, owner, and similar data entered by a park, the Business Customer is the controller and Parkcore acts as processor on the park's instructions.

What we collect

From Business Customers we collect name, email, job role, business details, billing details, and usage data. End User records may include name, contact details, booking and stay history, pitch or ownership details, invoice and payment references, and communications sent through the Service.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing where applicable. Guests and owners should usually contact their park first about data entered by that park.

Acceptable Use Policy

Use Parkcore lawfully and responsibly. Do not use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or malicious content; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with the Service; or misuse personal data. Business Customers must ensure their staff and End Users understand these requirements. Report suspected misuse to hello@parkcore.co.uk.
